It is that time of the semester just before finals where all the work heaps up. Been working a lot and finally told officemax that I am leaving. Whoo-hoo!

Amongst all the crisis and hysteria going on around here, shit is getting weirder and funnier by the minute. I've been saying WTF? at about 10 mph.
-A legislator called for a press conference to discuss a West Wing episode, and denounce the way the governor had stolen an idea from the show. When asked about the ending where the crisis of the plot is solved, she said she had not seen the whole episode. WTF?? (This is the same braindead zombie who confused Puerto Rican novelist Enrique Laguerre for a soap opera script writer, insisting she loved his TV works. I mean, she is so dumb she cannot even comprehend TV.)
-If I criticize other parties, I won't hesitate to criticize independentists either. Especially when their solution to the national debt is to reform the tax law ... and make it retroactive to last year. Funny shit, I am telling you. On a similar train of thought, keeping our tax returns to pay for this has also been suggested.
-Riot police, schools closed, I must say that in practice we are a very badly planned republic. The United States has not formally acknowledged the situation and the clowns we have for leaders are making things worse.
