Funniest shit in a long time. All the fools and all the creeps got together in the same place and faced off each other. Even the Puerto Rican version of Spiderman was there and got arrested. Go Tito!! (poor imbecile)

Summary: the Legislature were paying homage to a cuban entrepreneur, who has been accused of participating in violent acts against independentist supporters, paid bail to free a corrupt police officer who was convicted and involved in the murder of another man. The FBI has a file on him but he has always been found innocent on all counts. There is a saying here that goes: "When the river sounds, there is a rush of water coming." meaning that rumors have a basis on truth. Independentists consider him guilty anyways. So a group shows up to protest the homage, including the family of the murdered man, in front of the Capitolio. Our chronic nutcase Tito Kayak decides to hike the building and pull down the American flag.

(This guy hiked the Statue of Liberty, so he really knows what he is doing.

What do you call a compulsive climber?)

So, like a bad script from a comedy of errors, the police all rush to pull down Tito and LEAVE THE ENTRANCE OF THE CAPITOLIO. Obviously, people rush in and start to smash things trying to stop the show. Even the glass where our Constitution is kept vacuum sealed was broken. The police get virulent. Noses were smashed, punches flew, everybody was entertained. No legislator was harmed. A pity really.

Next Monday, many worker's unions will stage a protest against the government at this very place. Stay tuned because I do believe things are going to get even more interesting.

I can't believe it. The class I am burning my brain off every week, the one I prioritize over everything, even hanging out with my boyfriend, is flunking me. No matter how much effort I put on it, I am still at 48%. The professor has not graded the last test and a project, but a 48% is too steep a hill to climb.

The Cisco networking course is going well, I hope things get more theoretical sometime, cables and connector types bore me to tears. I prefer dealing with the transmission of data frames and other things higher in the OSI layers, not the physical nuts and bolts, literally. I don't see myself with a drill, a router, a BNC connector and 85 meters of coaxial cable (did I get that right or is it a RJ-45 connector, shit, aren't these things supposed to be color coordinated??).

I am updating this. OF COURSE! I have two tests in the next two days for which I must absolutely start studying instead of PROCASTINATING. One of them is tomorrow at 8 am. Tee, hee. The book is somewhere in the backseat and it is too dark to go out and look for it. I will get up early tomorrow, yup.
